I bring over 16 years of tutoring experience, and I take my role as an educator to heart. I love exploring the world around us, and I aim to spark that same curiosity in every student I work with. My core mission is to help students become confident, independent problem solvers—learning to pause, think, and apply what they already know.
I specialize in SAT Math, chemistry through the college level, and SAT/ACT/ISEE test preparation. For the SAT in particular, I use highly effective practice problems based entirely on the official Digital SAT materials. I provide multiple similar examples in sequence so students can master every question type and difficulty level. Test‑taking strategies are reinforced in every session, and active participation is a must.
I truly love what I do, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I’m a lifelong animal lover, which led me to major in zoology—my favorite animals are elephants, giraffes, and mastiffs. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy dancing, Pilates, lifting weights, and running in the park. When I’m not bouncing around Houston, I’m usually nurturing my creative side, which I believe is essential to great problem solving. I love playing guitar, painting (acrylics and oils), sewing, clay sculpting, and knitting or crocheting gifts for the people I cherish.
